Recently, I've acquired a new hobby I absolutely love; Photography. Although, it's not what you might think. I'm not talking digital, I'm talking about good old film. Now I've messed around a bit with my little brothers 35mm camera from the 80's, but I've started taking a beginning photography class which required us to have a 35mm SLR. I ended up buying my own and since have taken about 6 rolls of pictures with it. It's not that I don't like digital, I loooove digital; it's just something about the aesthetic of film prints that I can't get over. It gives off a certain feel when looking at pictures, a feel that I can't get from looking at pictures from a digital camera. Anyhow, I'll be posting blogs of my rolls every time I get them developed. Be sure to check back for more film posts =D

Here's a little vid I put together of clips taken from the San Diego Wild Animal Park, enjoii.
For the second part of my birthday weekend, the wifey and our friend Jackie threw a surprise party for Me and the homie Kris, who also had the same birthday. I had a lot of fun. thanks to all that came out. Peep some pics below, and the rest after the jump.

This past weekend was my 23rd birthday, there were a couple events that the wifey lined up for me in honor of it. One of the surprises was a trip to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Even though it was hella hot, and I got stung by two bees one right after the other, I had a great time. The park was amazing, and being able to see the animals in a more open environment was siick.
